What are the delivery methods?

Delivery methods vary depending on the item

The most popular are: courier or special furniture courier.

Once the item is shipped, you will receive a message with shipping details.

The item I am interested in does not have a shipping price listed.

If shipping cost information is missing on the item page, ask for a quote by providing the exact delivery address

You will receive shipping cost information by email as soon as possible, within a few business days.

Does the delivery price include bringing the items to my home?

Standard delivery does not include bringing the items into your home. In this way, we want to ensure the lowest possible transportation costs. If you have ordered heavy items, please make sure that someone will be able to help you with unloading.

How long do I have to wait for my order?

Delivery times vary for each item.

Shipping time usually ranges from a few days (STANDARD shipments ) to about 3 weeks (FURNITURE TRANSPORT). 

Can I check the status of my shipment?

After the seller has shipped the item, you will receive a message with shipping details. In it you will find the bill of lading number, the details of the company that performs the transport and, in some cases, a link to track the shipment.

How can I pay for the purchased items?

We accept Visa and Mastercard payments and e-transfers. Payments are made through a secure and encrypted connection, through the payment intermediary PayU SA

Is VAT included in the price?

The prices on TALA vintage are gross prices.

Can purchased items be returned?

If you are not satisfied with the purchased item, you can return it (at your own expense) within 14 days from the date of receipt. When the item comes back in unaltered condition , you will be refunded the cost of the item and the original shipping. You can report the return through the User Panel or, in case of purchase as a guest, by email at kontakt@talavintage.pl

Yes. It is necessary to inspect the item in the presence of the Courier and, in case of damage, write a damage report. Lack of such document is the basis for rejection of the complaint.
